League Fee Payment 2024-25

Service Description

When your child/children are selected to play for any age group team at Gators Basketball you are required to pay a one-off league admin fee. The payment is for the entire season, which covers all your child's matches in the league they will be playing play in. The payment go towards the venue and all league officials and each leagues entry fee. For example if your child is playing in the National league please select National League (Rowsley Street) in the location section before proceeding. If your child is playing in the CVL please select CVL league in the location section. Lastly entry your child's details age group they play in: Example U10 CVL (under 10s) & then your child's name A team manager will add you to the relevant team group chat your child is apart of. There you can see game day info, team selection, results and game day photos.

Cancellation Policy

To discuss any issues to do with the refund or cancellation of memberships, please contact the Head Coach Mike Kwentoh at chiswick.gators@gmail.com using the subject line "Refunds". Chiswick Gators do not offer any refunds but we do offer credit voucher for any missed session or sessions you couldn't attend. Please note, we do not offer any refunds with this service. Monthly plan memberships can be cancelled at anytime providing the member gives us 14 days notice before the next payment cycle. Chiswick Gators will not issue any refunds if no notice of cancellation was given before payment is taken. If a payment has been taken before you issue a cancellation notice we won't be able to provide a refund.
