Service Description

Becoming a Club member involves training session 2 times per-week at venues and times listed for your child's age group team. This payment includes 2024 autumn term training sessions only. Gators Basketball Playing Kit & league admin fees can be paid separately via our online league fee payment. Gators playing kit ordered must be paid to club directly using bank details below. Cancellation Policy

To discuss any issues to do with the refund or cancellation of memberships, please contact the Head Coach Mike Kwentoh at chiswick.gators@gmail.com using the subject line "Refunds". Chiswick Gators do not offer any refunds but we do offer credit voucher for any missed session or sessions you couldn't attend. Please note, we do not offer any refunds with this service. Monthly plan memberships can be cancelled at anytime providing the member gives us 14 days notice before the next payment cycle. Chiswick Gators will not issue any refunds if no notice of cancellation was given before payment is taken. If a payment has been taken before you issue a cancellation notice we won't be able to provide a refund.
